Due Date and Late Fees: The balance of the invoice issued is due within 30 days of the assignment date (net 30) unless otherwise negotiated or agreed upon. Late fees may be charged if payment is not received by the specified due date and based on a per annum rate of 18% calculated daily since the assignment date. Late fees may be assessed at my sole discretion if payment is not received by the due date (or within 30 days of the assignment date, whichever is earlier).
